Services & Treatments
• All services are by appointment only.
• A valid credit card may be required to secure bookings.
• Clients must provide accurate health information prior to treatments.
• Results may vary from client to client, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
• Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions or during pregnancy. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical information.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
• We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of the session.
• No-shows will be charged in full.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened service time or the need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Treatment Packages
• All packages are non-refundable once purchased.
• Packages are non-transferable and valid only for the original client.
• Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Missed or late-canceled appointments within a package will count as completed sessions.

• All skincare product sales are final.
• Exchanges are only accepted for unopened products in their original packaging within 3 days of purchase.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Shipping Policy
• We currently ship skincare products within the United States only.
• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
