• All treatments and service fees are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments or cancellations made without proper notice (48 hours) may result in the forfeiture of that session.
• Treatment results vary per individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with treatment results.

Treatment Packages
• All packages are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.
• Packages are non-transferable and valid only for the original client.
• Missed or late-canceled sessions within a package will count as completed appointments.

• All skincare product sales are final for health and safety reasons.
• Exchanges are permitted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, within 3 days of purchase.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shipping-Related Refunds
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Damaged or defective products received through shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo documentation, to be eligible for replacement.
